Hummus
1 x 400g tin of chick peas, rinsed
1/2 clove garlic crushed
1tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
2tbs olive oil
Puree all the ingredients together until smooth. Add 1 tbs of water if too thick. Add more salt and lemon juice to taste.
