Tomato and Feta Angel Hair Pasta

1 packet of angel hair pasta
1 onion diced
rice bran oil
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes halved
1 packet of english spinach
1 glove garlic
1 packet of feta cheese (I use greek feta)
sald & pepper
(parmesan cheese if desired)

Cook Pasta.
Add rice bran oil to a pan and fry onion then add garlic, but don't burn the garlic. Add cherry tomatoes and salt and pepper. When the tomatoes have softened add the feta cheese and spinach and mix through until spinach wilts. Make sure the feta doesn't melt too much. You want it to still hold it's shape, just soften. Once pasta is cooked mix through tomato mix and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan if dersired.
