Baked Bolognaise Lasagna

 500g beef mince

1 onion

4 cloves garlic

80g green capsicum

170g carrot

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp basil

2 bays leaves

50g coconut oil/olive oil

140g tomato paste

200g passata

60g white wine

2tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

grated cheese

parmesan cheese

lasagna sheets

Whiz up onion, garlic, carrot and capsicum in a kitchen whiz or theremomix.  Then saute in a fry pan with coconut oil add oregano, basil and bay leaves for a few minutes.  Then add beef mince and cook.  Then add tomato paste, passata, white wine, salt and pepper.  Once cooked add a third of the bolognaise mix to the bottom of a baking tray and layer with lasagna sheets.  Then top with shredded cheeses.  Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes minutes 180.
