Raspberry Tiramisu

12 Store bought sponge finger biscuits
1/2 bottle of dessert wine
350g mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups of cream
2 cups of raspberries

16.5cm x 26cm dish

Whip cheese and cream.  Line a dish with half the biscuits and drizzle over dessert wine.  Cover with raspberries.  Then cover with half the cream mixture. Repeat again with the rest of the biscuits, dessert wine, raspberries and finish with cream.
